Lana was goading everyone to do max reps on the bench on Sat night at the team gathering. A ladies strength competition. The guys followed to watch and heckle. General consensus was the bar and plates totaled to 65#. Steph hit 9, Lana hit 10 and peed herself, Emily with her guns hit 15. Then the men stepped up. Kevin set the bar at 31. Misra aimed high and overthrew Kevin at 32, Kevin would not allow that and made 33 on his second attempt. Shoe crushed them. Joe and Kurt abstained. The next morning's practice was filled with Lorry's Coffee, sore chests, and general team heckles. And that's it. Mental checklist ahead of me.
